Quit Smoking

Assalamualaikum..

Tajuk perbincangan slps bfast supermom & kwn2 hari ni ialah bagaimana cara terbaik nak suruh huby2 kitorg stop or at least kurangkan smoking..
Kalau di google tips2 berhenti merokok ni mmg banyak..ade yg bg cara mudah,cara psikologi, cara mencari alternatif rokok, sign up quit smoking programmes n mcm2...

Tp, opinion sayela..dgn xperience selama 7yrs++ menjadi wife n another 7 yrs bercintun dgn seorg yg heavy smoker (mr.sheh la tu)..cara2 tu sume tak dpt memberi effect yg mendalam..yaa..mr sheh seorg perokok tegar..satu hari tu sekotak dunhill 20 tu mmg confirm bole habis punye..

Semua cara kat atas tu saye dah cuba..n pernah juge mr sheh stop almost 2 months..slps bulan puasa+syawal...tp lepas abis syawal tu die continue smoke mcm biase..tersgtla dissapointed mase tu..huhu..pernah juge sye bg khutbah pnjg2 pasal rokok nih, elaborate advertsment kat tv, menakut2kan dgn gamba2 kat kotak rokok tu..tp mmg x jalan pon..

So, tahun 2011 ni, sye dah bertekad dah x nak lecture pjg2 lagi kat mr sheh sbb mesti die dah hapal ape sye nak cakap tiap kali masuk topik smoking nih..
supermom dah dpt new tips..so far dah implement 2x..nmpknye ade +ve reaction..we'll wait n see..as for now, tips nye adalah rahsia...akan di share bile its proven nnt..=D

Moga2 mr sheh akan stop smoking satu hari nnt..InsyaAllah..n sihat selalu..

Sejak dua menjak ni selalu sangat rase otak berfikir banyak sgt perkara dalam satu mase..antara perkara yg selalu jammed dlm kepala supermom ni mcm biasela..pasal
- mimin,school, ngaji, homework, transport balik school lmbt..bla..bla..bla..
- harith..noti,kacau adik ke kat umah wah..
- nina..nak kene ingat bile nak jab,cukup x stok susu..
- tidak ketinggalan pasal rumah yg sentiasa dlm keadaan mcm tongkang pecah..smpt x nak lipat baju, susun bj, buang sampah, tukar bedsheet, iron baju..bla..bla..bla..
- task2 yg mr sheh mtk tlg settlekan..spt amik road tax, byr bil, pegi bank..
- utm stuff..registeration, subj, dload notes in e-learning, assignmt, project..etc..
- work..notes, tests, quizzes,marks, courses, meetings(hehe..wpon x byk sgt..)

Kesimpulannya..sume perkara di atas selalu difikir secara serentak terutama time driving sorg2..n kadang2 rase otak mcm hanged sekejap..hehe..sekejap jek,kalo lame2..dah lain cerite..=D
Sampai satu hr tu berlaku nye insiden supermom dgn confidentnye hulur resit kat agen nak collect road tax..mlm sblm tu mr sheh bagi soh amik road tax siap esok nye..time hulur resit tu..amoi tu wat muke blurr pulak..sy yg dah penat balik keje nak cepat plak tu..rase hangin mcm dah naik jek..pastu die mtk no plat pulak..dlm ati dah panas ni ape susah sgt ke nak refer kat resit tu??!!
Lepas supermom bg no plat amoi tu terus p amik road tax yg dah siap tu..(sib baik cepat..)
Mase nak blah tu supermom tanyela..resit ni x mau tgk eh??!!Sbnrnye still rase x puas hati die x tengok langsung resit tu..nak poyo jgk tuuu...
Pastu amoi tu kate,"Itu bukan resit kite punye.."
cpt2 supermom tengok balik resit tu..rupenyer supermom tnjuk resit deposit booking KFC utk befday harith hr tu..huhu...aku yang salah rupenye..
Apa lagi..sy pon blahhh cpt2..tersengih2..

Phew...rasenye baru nak beronggeng2 skit..since students dah abis exam,n pening2 marking paper pon dah over...
TP kelas master supermom dah start..this sem adalah sem ke 4 supermom..huhu..lame sguh rsnye nak menghabiskan sisa2 subj yg ade ni..20 crdts more to go..kalo undergrad dulu bole jek nak pulun in 1 sem ye tak?? tp dgn otak beku n tua ni..terpaksela amik sikit2...jage cgpa ye..huhu..
ok..sem ini hny register 2 subj + 1 proj proposal..9 crdts..doa supermom hanye dpt menghabiskan sem ni dgn jayenye..not aiming much just maintaining the current cpa..tu pon dah syukur alhamdulillah...
